Fireside is an independent podcast host with a website built in. You upload an episode. You add a title and notes. You publish. The listening apps pick the show up from there. Every show gets a site with episode pages. This is fireside.fm. It is not Mark Cuban's Fireside. It is not Acast. John Nunemaker, Garrett Dimon, and Kris Priemer bought it from Dan Benjamin in 2024. The company on the site is Very Good Software, made in Colorado and Indiana.

It is for an independent host who wants the site and the files in one bill. Standard is the usual pick because you get your own domain. It is not for a network that needs someone to sell ads.

Starter has unlimited episodes but no custom domain. The site lives on a fireside.fm address. Paid plans cap how much listening you can serve. High-volume shows may need special pricing. There is no built-in ad marketplace. Memberships live in tools you bolt on.

Start the trial. Import the old show. Point your own domain on Standard or above. Tell the old host to send listeners here once the new episodes look right. Cancel in the account if it is not for you. Keep the old place live 60 to 90 days after the apps catch up.
