Northflow is a production operations hub for podcast teams: episode plans, guest forms, calendars, assets, tasks and client-friendly views in one place instead of scattered spreadsheets and email threads.

It is for agencies and busy producers who repeat the same pre-interview, recording, edit and publish checklist every week. Templates, role assignments and integrated guest intake replace generic project tools that do not understand show seasons or episode stages.

It is not a recorder, editor or host. You still capture audio elsewhere. AI features in Flux can draft outlines or promotional images, but they run on credits and require the same human review as any generative tool.

Spaces organize the work, but do not assume that collaborators are unlimited. The pricing page names Solo, Collective and Studio with explicit user caps, while the Flux launch post describes uncapped collaborators. That unresolved conflict matters more than an advertised saving over a per-seat tool.
