Podcast hosting and premium content have plan requirements. The newsletter Ad Network is not automatically an in-episode podcast ad marketplace.

Who it is for

Writers and weekly hosts who want the list, a real site, and a letter that actually goes out, plus recommendations and ads they control.

Who it is not for

A host who only needed the files in the apps, with no letter attached, or someone who just wanted a private notes feed.

The gotcha

Growth tools can turn the letter into a funnel, and paid prices jump with list size.

beehiiv combines newsletter sending, a website, and podcast hosting. You can import an existing RSS feed and publish public or subscriber-only audio with episode pages and transcripts.

The podcast allowance matters: Launch is one episode a month, Scale is four, and Max supports three shows with unlimited episodes. A weekly show can exceed four episodes in a calendar month.

RSS-to-Send and audio newsletters are Max features. Publishing an episode and sending an email are separate steps unless you configure the relevant workflow.

Dynamic ad insertion is still marked coming soon. Do not choose beehiiv on the assumption that it can already swap ads into published audio.
