Framer is a design tool that publishes real websites. You lay out pages on a canvas, it handles responsive breakpoints and hosting, and the output is fast and modern without you touching code.
It fits a show with a look. If the brand is part of the pitch, and you want a landing page that feels like a magazine rather than a directory listing, Framer will get you there faster than Webflow and prettier than a page builder.
There is a CMS, so episode pages are possible, but they are not automatic. Nothing here reads your RSS feed and builds an archive for you. That is manual work or a small integration.
Choose Framer when design is the point and you accept the maintenance. Choose a podcast-specific platform when the feed should drive the site.
