Webex is one of the oldest names in video conferencing, and its cloud recording feature captures meetings to a downloadable video file with speaker highlighting, aimed squarely at business use cases.
Corporate communications teams producing an internal podcast or leadership interview series sometimes default to Webex simply because the company already has licenses and security approval for it.
The interface carries a distinctly enterprise feel, and getting a clean, editable file out sometimes takes more steps than expected, since it's designed around meeting archives, not podcast production.
Not a first choice for anyone starting fresh, but a reasonable option for teams whose IT department has already made the decision for them.
