Loops

Loops is a newer email platform built around the idea that most senders do not need the sprawling dashboards of legacy tools. You write a broadcast, pick an audience, and send. The editor is pleasant and the defaults look decent without fiddling.

For a podcast, that is often enough. A weekly note with the new episode, a couple of links, and a line about what you are working on does not require a marketing suite. Signup forms are easy to embed on a show site.

The audience side supports basic properties and filtering, so you can separate people who joined from a specific episode page or campaign. Automations exist but are simpler than what you get from the older ESPs.

The catch is the product roadmap points at software teams, not media. There is no strong RSS to email story and no podcast specific templates, so if you want the newsletter to build itself from your feed, look elsewhere.
