SessionLinkPRO grew out of the voice-over and session musician world, built to connect a talent in one location with a director or engineer somewhere else, with clear low-latency audio and local high-quality recording on each end.
For podcasting, it's a reasonable fit for interview shows that care about audio fidelity and want each participant's track recorded locally and uploaded afterward, similar in spirit to Squadcast or Riverside but rooted in a different industry.
It's less polished for a completely non-technical guest than tools built specifically for podcasting, since some setup steps assume familiarity with session recording concepts.
If your guests are often other audio professionals, voice actors, or musicians, this tool will feel familiar to them immediately.
